We are glad to welcome
you on pages of our information resource. Our web-site is created
by nonprofit organization 'Institute of Cosmonautics', located in
Samara. This organization acts together with the Russian Academy of
Cosmonautics named after K.E.Tsiolkovskye. Our web-site is opened
October, 4 and will develop and be improved continuously. In this
day 45 years ago the First satellite of the Earth was launched. Would
be grateful, if you after familiarization have stated the wishes and
proposals as on structure and a kind of submission of a material,
and under the contents of headings to the i acad@ssau.ru
We put the purpose operative and all-round informing
of our visitors and colleagues on news of cosmonautics which first
of all are connected to our region, about activity of the Russian
Academy of Cosmonautics and its Volga region branch. The largest in
Russia research and manufacturing centres producing the launchers,
space vehicles, engines and auxiliary systems; the higher educational
institutions preparing specialists in the field of space-rocket engineering
are located in Volga region.
We shall acquaint you with last scientific results
and the engineering solutions, new perspective projects which are
offered for joint realization.
We plan creation of electronic library of the books
and proceedings which is let out by us and our colleagues - higher
educational institutions, scientific research institutes and design
bureau.
We plan to execute popularization of cosmonautics,
realization of education programs in the field of the space engineering,
focused on various social groups; support of exchange by youth delegations;
information tracking of spent conferences and symposiums.
